Voter registration applications are also available at the following locations:

Name or Address Change

If you are a registered voter in Marion County and have changed your address, you have until five (5) days before an election to update your registration with the election office. Note: this five day allowance is to edit an existing registration. Originating an initial registration must be completed in accordance with the “Registration Deadlines” section below. Please call (423) 942-2108 for information on how to change your address or legal name change. TCA §2-2-109(a)

Eligibility

To register to vote in Marion County you must be:

• • • At least 18 years old
      • If you will be 18 before the next election, you may register to vote prior to your birthday.
    • A U.S. citizen
    • A resident of Marion County
    • You may not have been convicted of a felony

  •                        –  Tennessee Courts Petition for Restorations of Various Citizen Rights (Rev. 05/2025) (To be filled out and presented at a court docketed hearing following the completion of ALL applicable legal obligations)
  •                        –  Order – Restoration of Citizen Rights (Rev. 05/2025) (To be filled out by the court/judge and filed with the Coordinator of Elections Office by the County Court Clerk and certified copy to be filed with the local County Election Commission office by the petitioner (voter))
